Everyone here has stood on a stand. The directors still do, on launch weeks. Ask any of them anything about how a campaign is run and you will get an answer from somebody who has done it.

The floor
Four offices of fundraisers, team leaders and managers.
Each office is run by a manager who came up through the stand, with team leaders who run a crew each and first pick of the road trips. The path from fundraiser to office has its criteria written down, and every one of them is on it somewhere.
Glasgow, Edinburgh, Belfast, Manchester. When a campaign opens somewhere new, a team goes for the week.
