What we do

Every way a charity meets the public in person, done properly.

Skyeline fundraises for the biggest charities in the UK on private sites, on the doorstep and at events, for weekly lotteries and monthly gifts. Trained, badged fundraisers; every conversation logged; the evidence you are obliged to hold on us, in one export.

The stand.
The stand.

Supermarkets, shopping centres and retail parks, on a booked stand.

Private site fundraising

A branded stand in a place people already are. The fundraiser says who they are, wears the badge, and works from the campaign's own script. Every conversation is logged on the stand as it happens, and every sign-up is recorded on the spot.

  • Sites booked and licensed before a team is allocated
  • Badge and stand photographed at the start of every shift
  • One tap per conversation, so a site's return is known by the evening
The doorstep.

A cut area, a walk list, and a team that knows where it has been.

Door-to-door

The office cuts an area and pastes its walk list. The fundraiser's phone shows the patch, the addresses in order and the map, and records the outcome at each door. A patch is never knocked twice by mistake, and the charity can see exactly where its name was.

  • Areas licensed and checked before anyone is sent
  • Every door logged with an outcome, in the order it was knocked
  • The same script, disclosures and badge as the stand
The event.

Festivals, shows and venues, with a team sized for the day.

Events and venues

Where a charity has a presence for a day or a weekend, a Skyeline team turns the footfall into supporters. Same training, same script, same logging, in a crowd instead of a foyer.

  • A team leader on every event day
  • Kit, badges and pitch cards issued from the office
  • The day's numbers on the charity's report by the morning
The draw.

A weekly draw in the charity's name, with every disclosure the product carries.

Weekly lottery

A lottery is a regulated product and the conversation carries its own disclosures: the licence, the odds, the age check, where the money goes. The fundraiser sees the ones for the campaign they are working, and only those.

  • Age and gambling disclosures on every sign-up
  • Supporter data recorded on the charity's own platform, never ours
  • Retention reported honestly, with cancellations split by cause
In person.

A monthly gift by Direct Debit, with Gift Aid asked for properly.

Regular giving

The conversation that funds a charity for years rather than a day. Direct Debit and Gift Aid are explained in full, the supporter is asked plainly, and the sign-up is recorded on the spot with the campaign's script beside it.

  • Direct Debit guarantee and Gift Aid disclosures on every ask
  • A vulnerability stop the fundraiser is trained and expected to use
  • One month, three month and one year retention on the report

A campaign, from brief to report

Five steps, the same every time.

  1. The brief

The product, the ask, the regions, the script and the disclosures. We come back with a plan and a cost.

  2. Sites and licences

Booked and checked before a team is allocated. A door area is cut and its walk list loaded.

  3. Training

Your script and your must-say list, watched in full by every fundraiser before their first shift on it.

  4. On the floor

Badge and stand photographed, every conversation logged, every sign-up recorded on the spot.

  5. The report

Activity, retention and complaints by the morning, and the assurance pack whenever you ask.

What we report

Every campaign, the same eight things.

The assurance pack: everything a charity is obliged to hold on an agency, in one export, whenever it is asked for.

  • Activity

Sign-ups by campaign, site and week, with the hours worked behind them, so a good week and a lucky week look different.

  • Retention, split

How many are still giving at one month, three months and a year. A cancellation is broken into a first payment that never collected, a bank rejection, and a supporter who chose to stop.

  • Complaints

Every complaint logged with what was done about it, and a rate against the sign-ups taken, so a quiet month cannot hide in a busy one.

  • Vulnerability

Where a fundraiser stopped a conversation because the person in front of them should not be asked, and what happened next.

  • Monitoring

Mystery shops, spot checks, site visits and shadowing, each with a date, a name and a result.

  • Training

Who has completed what, measured on the video actually watched rather than a box somebody ticked.

  • Licences

Permits and exemption orders in force for the areas being worked, checked before a team is allocated there.

  • The audit trail

Who changed what, when, on every record. A dispute over a sign-up is settled by the log, not by memory.

Tell us the campaign. We will tell you what it would take.

Rates depend on the product and the ask, so there is no price list. Give us the campaign and the regions and we come back with a plan, a cost and what we think it would return.
