Who we are

A fundraising agency run by people who stand on the floor.

Skyeline Marketing runs face-to-face fundraising teams for the biggest charities in the UK, from four offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Belfast, Manchester. Private sites, door to door, events, and launch weeks on the road.

The office.

Our story

From one Glasgow office, in September 2023.

Skyeline Marketing Ltd launched in September 2023 from the head office in Glasgow city centre, and grew quickly on the back of the clients who kept asking for more teams. Northern Ireland opened next, then Edinburgh, and the north of England after that.

We represent some of the biggest and best known names in the UK. Our work is face to face: winning new supporters and customers for the organisations we represent, and looking after them properly once they have said yes.

What we believe

Three things we would not run the company without.

  • The conversation is the product

A supporter who was asked honestly, by somebody trained and paid properly, stays. One who was talked into it does not. Everything we measure comes back to that.

  • Evidence, not reassurance

A charity should never have to take our word for how a campaign went. The system the teams work in records it as it happens, and the charity can have it whenever it asks.

  • The floor runs the company

Everyone in the office has stood on a stand. The numbers a director looks at in the morning are the same numbers a fundraiser sees on their phone.

Our standard

The same rules on every stand, in every office.

The regulator treats an agency's breach as the charity's own. So the standard is not a poster on the office wall; it is what the app makes a fundraiser do, in the order it makes them do it, and what the office sees the moment it was not done.

  • Fundraisers work with Skyeline on a self-employed basis, badged and trained by us, and say so before anything else, on the stand and on the doorstep.
  • A fundraiser is paid a day rate, so nobody's rent depends on the next conversation going a certain way.
  • Every campaign has its own script: what must be said, what must never be said, and the disclosures the product carries.
  • Clocking in takes a photograph of the badge and the stand, with a location. Anything that does not line up is flagged to a director the same day.
  • No supporter data is stored on our side. The pledge lives with the charity's platform. We hold money and quality.
  • A complaint is logged with what was done about it. A vulnerability stop is logged with what happened next.

How we work

Built on the same system the charity sees.

Every fundraiser carries the same app. It holds the script for the campaign they are working, logs every conversation as it happens, records the sign-up on the spot and shows them their own numbers and their own money.

The office runs on what that app records: who is on which stand, what each site returns, how well each fundraiser's sign-ups hold, and what a campaign is actually costing. A charity's report is a view of the same record. There is no second version of the truth.
